A full system that follows the shape of the Bobber’s frame all the way down to the engine, where this full system ends in a slash-cut bend. We fabricated this system by hand to add style and sound, and you can choose from a mandrel bent system, or a system made in pie-cut sections made from extremely lightweight titanium or high-quality 304 Stainless Steel. If you are looking for a blacked-out look, our mandrel bend Stainless Steel option can be carried out in a beautiful ceramic black coating.
Our stainless steel system saves over 4.5 kilograms in weight compared to the stock exhaust system and is delivered to you as a ready-to-ride option. This means it comes with the H Crossover Pipe, baffle cores for sound dampening and everything you need to mount it on your bike. All designed, engineered and handcrafted in the UK.
Compared to our slip-on options, our full system offer huge weight saving benefits and with the removal of the catalytic converter, results in a more responsive ride.

As we build everything to order by hand, production time is 6 weeks, plus an additional 14 working days for ceramic black and polished systems. Delivery times take from 1 to 12 working days, depending on the shipping location.
An item's shipping cost will vary depending on the part’s weight, and the delivery location.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received during the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the first working day.
Once the order is packed, the parcel will be delivered to the carrier, which will then ship them to its destination. We use Parcel Force to ship to the UK and UPS to ship to the rest of the world. At the time of the order, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times. All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Hitchcox Motorcycles provides a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, valid from the original date of invoice.
The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, does not cover labor or shipping costs, and is non-transferable. However, it does not cover any damage caused by improper use of the product, including (but not limited to) accidental damage, any damage inflicted due to a crash or road traffic incident, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
The warranty only applies to products bought directly from Hitchcox Motorcycles. Second-hand purchases or items bought from unauthorised third parties will not be covered.

"I love my new pipes. The sound is amazing. Flawless build-quality. Loud when you want it to be, but can drive 'quietly' through residential areas if you're careful. They took 9 weeks to arrive (not 6) but I got a free t-shirt and the team kept me updated. Worth the wait. Wish list would be some basic instructions, for torque spec on mounts and if loctite etc. should be used. And include new header crush gaskets. Can't recommend these pipes enough."
All our products make use of the original OEM mounting points, and they are constructed so that it’s easy to install either a full system or slip-on mufflers from Hitchcox Motorcycles. It is our experience that most motorcycle enthusiasts with basic technical knowledge are able to install our products, but if in doubt it is wise to contact a motorcycle mechanic.
Our exhausts do not require additional work after they are fitted. However, because our exhausts allow for more performance from your bike, a remap or re-tune is recommended (especially in the case of our full systems).
We create aftermarket products that come without a statement of compliance. It depends on local regulations if it is allowed to use our products - or any aftermarket exhaust-, therefore we always advise our users to check the local rules first.
It depends on the bike and which of our products is included. Reversed cone exhausts are less loud than a drag pipe for instance, but the volume will increase significantly compared to your stock exhaust system.
We have engineered all our products to create a great sound, and not necessarily the loudest sound available.

Anything ordered through our shop can be paid with a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and a transfer from your own bank account. We also have the option of checking out with Klarna, which allows you to buy now and pay later in monthly instalments.
All our products are available in A-grade 304 Stainless Steel, with the option to choose extremely lightweight titanium for our full systems. We use the same quality titanium as is used by Formula 1 teams for their exhaust systems.
