How David transformed his Trimph Bobber with Reverse Cone slip-ons
Hear it from one of our customers: David tells us about his experience with Hitchcox Motorcycles.
Some riders know exactly what they want. David isn't one of them, he spent two years researching before pulling the trigger on an exhaust for his Triumph Bobber. When he finally did, he didn't look back.
"I decided to go with Hitchcox after researching exhausts for a couple of years," David told us. "Hitchcox had the best selection and the best sounding exhausts for my bike."
The upgrade
One mod to rule them all.
David's Bobber is far from stock. Cat delete, short rear fender, short levers, Kellermann 3-in-1 taillights, custom seat, bar end mirrors, the list goes on. But ask him which upgrade made the biggest difference, and the answer is immediate.
"My new Hitchcox exhaust is by far my best and nicest upgrade. It stands out during our local bike nights and there isn't another Triumph around with the sound or look of my exhaust."

On the road
A presence you can hear coming.
It's not just about looks. The Slip-Ons with Reverse Cone brought a meaningful change to how the bike feels and how it's received. "The sound and performance as well as the weight savings has changed my bike's appearance and presence out on the road," David says, "and is a huge topic of discussion during local meet ups."
At local bike nights, the Hitchcox exhaust does the talking. Unique enough to start conversations, rare enough that nobody else in David's area is running one. That kind of individuality is hard to buy but apparently, not impossible.
"The Hitchcox exhausts just really stood out from the usual British Customs exhausts I see. They're unique and rare in this area and made my bike stand out from the pack."
What's next
One Bobber isn't enough.
With a Triumph Rocket 3 GT also in the garage, David is already eyeing his next Hitchcox build, "and Hitchcox looks night and day better, and the sound clips sound great."
We'll hold him to that.
