Shipping Policy

 

An item's shipping cost will vary depending on the part’s weight, and the delivery location. 

Once the order is packed, the parcel will be delivered to the carrier, which will then ship it to its destination. At the time of the order, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times. All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

As we build everything to order by hand, production time is 6 weeks, plus an additional 2 weeks for ceramic black and polished systems. Delivery times take from 1 to 12 working days, depending on the shipping location.
