Slip-ons are a great way to instantly improve the style and sound of your bike without having to go for the full system option. Inspired by the cone-shaped exhaust from the café racer era, these slip-ons will bolt straight onto your stock headers or any X-pipe making use of the original mounting points on your bike.
Already making a world of difference aesthetically, the way these mufflers are shaped allows the exhaust gases to expand before exiting, giving your Speed Twin 1200 RS a deep sound. They are packed with ACOUSTA-FIL® to keep the sound level acceptable, with the option to fine-tune the acoustics thanks to the removable DB- killers.
Handcrafted in the UK, you have the choice between A-grade 304 stainless steel or extremely lightweight titanium. Whatever you choose, your rides will never be the same once you install these cone-shaped slip-ons and go out on the road. Due to the conical shape, your Speed Twin will get a deeper exhaust tone compared to the stock system and is a quieter option than our drag pipes.

As we build everything to order by hand, production time is 6 weeks, plus an additional 14 working days for ceramic black and polished systems. Delivery times take from 1 to 12 working days, depending on the shipping location.
An item's shipping cost will vary depending on the part’s weight, and the delivery location.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received during the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the first working day.
Once the order is packed, the parcel will be delivered to the carrier, which will then ship them to its destination. We use Parcel Force to ship to the UK and UPS to ship to the rest of the world. At the time of the order, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times. All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Hitchcox Motorcycles provides a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, valid from the original date of invoice.
The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, does not cover labor or shipping costs, and is non-transferable. However, it does not cover any damage caused by improper use of the product, including (but not limited to) accidental damage, any damage inflicted due to a crash or road traffic incident, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
The warranty only applies to products bought directly from Hitchcox Motorcycles. Second-hand purchases or items bought from unauthorised third parties will not be covered.

"Grin and Tonic with Reverse Cone Slip-ons My 2025 Speed Twin 1200 now rumbles along audibly but calmly when cruising, growls deeply when accelerating and pops nicely easing off the gas. The engine’s true character has been exposed sufficiently for me with the db killers left in. The aesthetic is more streamline with these slimmer cans without the OEM black plastic cone. Every twist of the throttle induces a smile, giggle or laugh! My customisation is now complete. FYI: Using my kitchen scales - OEM Slip-ons weighed: 5. 93KG. Hitchcox Reverse Cone Slip-ons weighed 3. 015kg. Hastings Direct added them to my policy for £20. Ordering was easy, mine were delivered exactly on time and as stated by others, are beautifully made, adding even more character to the bike. Many thanks to Tom and his team."

"When I bought the new 2025 Speed Twin 1200 RS I loved everything about the bike, but was disappointed with the sound it made (Euro5 and all that, way too much baffling in the cans). The stock bike is way too muted. I looked around for a while for two slip-ons and eventually decided upon the reverse cones from Hitchcox. The difference they have made to the bike is hard to express in writing; the riding experience is completely transformed. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the resulting symphony of sound, with a bassy idle and rorty rasp is captivating. The stock bike has pops and bangs on overrun but are difficult to hear - now, you can REALLY hear them. Now it sounds like a 'proper' Triumph, which, let's face it, is why we buy Triumphs. Don't think, just do."

IS IT EASY TO INSTALL A HITCHCOX MOTORCYCLES EXHAUST SYSTEM?
All our products make use of the original OEM mounting points, and they are constructed so that it’s easy to install either a full system or slip-on mufflers from Hitchcox Motorcycles. It is our experience that most motorcycle enthusiasts with basic technical knowledge are able to install our products, but if in doubt it is wise to contact a motorcycle mechanic.
WILL I NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING TO MY BIKE, SUCH AS A REMAP, FLASH/RE-TUNE?
Our exhausts do not require additional work after they are fitted. However, because our exhausts allow for more performance from your bike, a remap or re-tune is recommended (especially in the case of our full systems).
ARE HITCHCOX MOTORCYCLES EXHAUSTS ROAD LEGAL?
We create aftermarket products that come without a statement of compliance. It depends on local regulations if it is allowed to use our products - or any aftermarket exhaust-, therefore we always advise our users to check the local rules first.
HOW MANY DECIBELS DOES MY BIKE PRODUCE WITH ONE OF YOUR EXHAUSTS?
It depends on the bike and which of our products is included. Reversed cone exhausts are less loud than a drag pipe for instance, but the volume will increase significantly compared to your stock exhaust system.
We have engineered all our products to create a great sound, and not necessarily the loudest sound available.
