1. Do the Hitchcox T120 Slip-On Exhausts Allow Retention of the Centre Stand?

Yes. Our Triumph T120 slip-on exhausts are specifically designed to retain the factory centre stand.

They mount directly onto the stock link arms and include a dedicated mounting bracket that allows reuse of the original rubber dampener for the centre stand. There is no need to remove or modify the centre stand assembly during installation.

2. Can I Still Use the Passenger Foot Pegs After Fitting the Aftermarket Exhaust?

Yes. The passenger foot pegs remain fully usable once the Hitchcox slip-on exhausts are installed.

Depending on your exact setup and accessories, there may be a slight difference in clearance, but in normal use the passenger pegs function as intended. No problems have been reported with comfort or excessive heat.

3. Are There Before-and-After Sound Recordings With the dB Killers Removed?

At the moment, we don't have before-and-after sound recordings available with the dB killers removed.

The Hitchcox Motorcycles T120 slip-on exhausts are supplied with removable dB killers fitted as standard. When installed, these significantly reduce overall noise levels while still providing a richer, deeper exhaust tone compared to stock.

Removing the dB killers increases both exhaust volume and character, delivering a more aggressive sound profile, a popular choice among T120 riders looking to get the most from their aftermarket exhaust.

4. Does the Triumph T120 Slip-On Exhaust Require Remapping or Tuning?

No remapping or tuning is required when fitting these slip-on exhausts to the Triumph T120.

The Hitchcox aftermarket exhaust is designed to work seamlessly with the stock ECU and factory fuel mapping. Triumph does recommend carrying out the standard 15-minute auto-tune procedure after installation to allow the ECU to adapt and we recommend this for every rider.

This makes fitting a Hitchcox Motorcycles slip-on exhaust a genuinely straightforward upgrade, with no need for additional tuning hardware or ECU modifications.

5. What Is the Lead Time for Polished Stainless Slip-On Exhausts?

Current lead times for the polished stainless Hitchcox T120 slip-on exhaust are approximately 8 weeks.

Due to ongoing demand and production scheduling, lead times can vary slightly. Riders looking to secure their set are encouraged to order as early as possible.
