Adding visual body while shaving weight, with a beautiful sound on top: these are our stubby slip-ons for the Speed Twin 1200 in a nutshell. Weighing in at just over 2 kilograms for the 304-stainless steel version, they improve the handling by shaving the overall weight of your bike.
These mufflers are packed with ACOUSTA-FIL®, which contributes to acquiring the right sound, which can be further fine-tuned thanks to the removable DB-killers. Being part of our Ready-To-Ride collection, they are a straight replacement for your stock mufflers using the original clamps. They either mount to your stock catalytic converter or any aftermarket X-pipe.
Due to the conical shape, your Speed Twin will get a deeper exhaust tone compared to the stock system and is a quieter option than our drag pipes.
Please note, this system is pictured on a Triumph Speed Twin 1200 RS as the setup is exactly the same as a Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Post-2025 - the aesthetic and mounting location is identical.

These slip-ons will be laser engraved with the H wing and "Hitchcox Motorcycles" in our brand font.
As we build everything to order by hand, production time is 6 weeks, plus an additional 14 working days for ceramic black and polished systems. Delivery times take from 1 to 12 working days, depending on the shipping location.
An item's shipping cost will vary depending on the part’s weight, and the delivery location.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received during the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the first working day.
Once the order is packed, the parcel will be delivered to the carrier, which will then ship them to its destination. We use Parcel Force to ship to the UK and UPS to ship to the rest of the world. At the time of the order, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times. All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Hitchcox Motorcycles provides a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, valid from the original date of invoice.
The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, does not cover labor or shipping costs, and is non-transferable. However, it does not cover any damage caused by improper use of the product, including (but not limited to) accidental damage, any damage inflicted due to a crash or road traffic incident, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
The warranty only applies to products bought directly from Hitchcox Motorcycles. Second-hand purchases or items bought from unauthorised third parties will not be covered.

"These are a must have. They not only look and feel premium, as should be the case when pairing with this bike - but they are also exceptional sounding. The noise they generate from rear cans only is incredible and highlights the manufacturing process that must have gone into them. When I say sound - I don’t just mean loudness. Whilst you can make them bass with baffles out, they sound raw and throaty either way. The fitting was easy as reuses OEM parts where needed like the bungs and clamps. All our products make use of the original OEM mounting points, and they are constructed so that it’s easy to install either a full system or slip-on mufflers from Hitchcox Motorcycles. It is our experience that most motorcycle enthusiasts with basic technical knowledge are able to install our products, but if in doubt it is wise to contact a motorcycle mechanic.
Our exhausts do not require additional work after they are fitted. However, because our exhausts allow for more performance from your bike, a remap or re-tune is recommended (especially in the case of our full systems).
We create aftermarket products that come without a statement of compliance. It depends on local regulations if it is allowed to use our products - or any aftermarket exhaust-, therefore we always advise our users to check the local rules first.
It depends on the bike and which of our products is included. Reversed cone exhausts are less loud than a drag pipe for instance, but the volume will increase significantly compared to your stock exhaust system.
We have engineered all our products to create a great sound, and not necessarily the loudest sound available.

All our products are available in A-grade 304 Stainless Steel, with the option to choose extremely lightweight titanium for our full systems. We use the same quality titanium as is used by Formula 1 teams for their exhaust systems.
